Unchanging Love

Half a century has passed
since the blessed day
that you said "Yes" when I asked
and I gave my heart away.

Our union never faltered
since I pledged my love to you.
The world may have altered,
but our love is tried and true.

Through hope and fear and sorrow
We never did divide.
Blessed is every tomorrow
That you are here by my side.
